Families are a complex arrangement of individuals, couples and external influences. It is a system that can be out of balance and difficult to negotiate. At times like this family therapy is a way to reflect on your family system to understand, to empower and where necessary, to change.

It is not just important to seek counselling when you feel there is a problem, there are many reasons to seek out therapy. You may want to improve your understanding of another family member, or build on the strengths of your relationship with your partner, child or family.

We have family counselling that can include all ages and members in the same session or in smaller groups. We can help guide you in a safe environment with effective communication.

Costs
The fees for a 50-60 minute consultation vary according to individual needs for each session and are payable on the day. Unfortunately these sessions are not rebatable from Medicare or Private Health at this stage.
